Have a safe trip to those leaving. We still have 49 hours till our plane leaves.

"Oh, my bags are packed, I'm ready to go" Anyone remember that song from Peter, Paul and Mary?

Well, it does NOT describe me!!! Maybe tonite we will pull out the suitcases. Don't want to upset the cat.

Today, I have to take the cat to the vet for a surgical recheck. She had hip surgery 5 weeks ago. What we do for our furry friends. Then work. Both dh and I are working through Thursday nite, so we will be up at midnight packing for our early morning plane.

Why is it no matter what time or day you start packing, you never finish till midnight the night before???

By the way, I have been checking cabin availability and there still seems to be quite a few available. Anyone who is interested might want to ask for upgrades at the port. I know that some have gotten lucky doing this.

Good morning everyone. A busy day is planned. Last minute shopping, laundry, beds, cleaning the house. I might even be able to squeeze in a shower, too.

ok, took me forever -- 5 PAGES!!!!!!!!!! Hopefully have made my LAST trip to the store -- I will be a walking pharmacy so if anyone gets sick (I don't buy clothes, I buy medicine!! -- I know, kinda strange!)

Today I REALLY do have to pack

Kids didn't feel well this morning but I FORCED them to go to school -- NO WAY they are going to miss more than they are already. "Sorry your stomach hurts, see you at 3:30!!"

To all those leaving -- have a SAFE trip and see you in 3 sleeps!!!! (that's how we keep track of time in my house)

I got my contact lenses & prescriptions. I am finishing the wash & then I will be ready to PACK! I can't wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The weather is really crappy in New Jersey - rain, rain, rain.

The hours are ticking by. The drag when I am at work, then as soon as I get home to do anything they speed by.

I'm worried that I will pack to much, I'm not too worried about the clothes. It's all the other stuff that worries me. I think I may look like I am moving to the Magic.

Kids are really excited. And me too! My mother is freaking out with work & wondering if she has everything. I feel like I am her mother trying to calm her down.

Never did get lime green for embarkment - so I guess I will just hunt you all down.

Beth - I didn't get lime green either. (the green capris just aren't going to happen!) I figure everyone else will have lime green so I'll just have to force myself to approach them (VERY hard for me - very shy until had a few drinks rolleyes: ) -- that sounds really funny to say about an adult!

We'll have 5 kids all in tropical wear! and I am only 5'1" tall (with shoes!)

We are soul mates - I too am a little shy, have a hard time approaching new people. Unless I've had a drink or two, then I am the social butterfly. Talking to everyone!

Our group will be pretty easy to spot. Husband is 6'5, 250 pounds & has long wavy hair. He his kind of hard to miss!

Just doing my part for the post count today...I'm off to PT now, will be back on later. Julie is putting the finishing touches on packing. It's getting close!!

HI everyone! I just put the wines into the suitcase. I call Delta to see if we could carry on the wine in a carry on and they said yes just as long as it isn't open. So I think we are going to try and do that. I have them wrapped in a bag and bubble wrapped so I think if they decide that we have to check it, it will be ok. All clothing is packed and the only thing left is the stuff we need in the morning. I'll check back in in a few minutes!

In case you were all wondering, I got all of Garry's t-shirts and black socks packed! In case any of your hubbies want to follow Garry's fashion sense!LOL I thought Greg was teaming up with Garry, right? If that's the case by the sounds of things we're gonna be in trouble! hehehe!

No lime green clothes for us. I take that back, Makenzie will be wearing a lime green shorts outfit. I do have lime green ribbons for us, so you'll have to look for those!

Lime green t-shirt for me, nothing green for hubby. I have short red hair. I will probably be wearing my jiminyC_fan button. I, too, am shy so all you forward people, you have to come to us. WOW, there are a lot of us shy people. You know Garry and Julie, Ted isn't one to keep up with the "jones" so he probably won't be as stylish as Garry.
