Roll Call for the Disney Magic Western Carrib. Jan 28/2006

When can we go online to book excursions, Flounders and Palo ressies? Is it Oct.30th or Nov.30th? Ive heard two different dates :confused3

It's definitely October 30th. Although you must be paid in full before you can do it.

The final payment due date is Nov. 15th, so after that everyone can get online to book, but starting October 30th, everyone who is paid can do it.

I am really getting excited!!! The cruise will be here before we know it!!

I am paid up and just want to make spa ressies. This is a relaxing, no rush, no plans cruise (I hope).

We are paid off too, I wish I could do a Spa day.. We always run out of time..

I have to say this new computer ressie stuff is WONDERFUL!!!!!! I am booked for everything that we were always running for. It was so funny, we would get on board and be announced...then it was like....BREAK...DH went one way, I went the other (kids in tow), making the ressies as fast as we could, talking on the walkie talkies the whole time...LOL...then we could relax. Now I'm already relaxed, and it's still 3 months away!! Kudos to Disney for getting that site up and running! What a great improvement!

Good Morning Everyone - Have you been reading about the change in the boarding process?

Sue

Morning Sue,

I have been reading about this too. If I have it right, they are giving out numbers for groups to board? So, even if you are one of the first ones at the ship, you still might be given a later number. Is that what you are getting from it too?

Exactly! We usually fly in the day before and use DCL transportation so we don't get to the port early. For this cruise we are driving down so I am interested in how it works.

I was hearing that it might not be fair the way the cards are being handed out. I'm hoping by our cruise the bugs will be worked out. I am wondering if Coz will be one of our stops. I did send a email to book the excursion we want to take. I'm just hoping that we are a go.

I'm also wondering about the staggered dinner thing...seems like they are trying many new things to "improve". I requested late seating, and that our last restaurant be Lumiere's. I can't seem to find a rotational schedule if this is what we get. I thought it was going to be LAPLAPL, but I saw that someone had LPALPAL...I'm just curious....

where are you all reading about the new boarding process?? I am curious because we are a party of 9.. will we be boarded first or last?? :confused3

Just picking it up on the other boards. I'm not sure if there is an actual thread for it.

Morning All - Has anyone made hotel reservations for Friday night? Where? We stayed at the Comfort Inn in Cocoa Beach a few years ago and it was ok.

Sue

Staying at AKL on Fri.night, now I just need plane ressies, I better hurry, its getting close!! :earseek:

Friday night we are staying at Hampton Inn Maingate East... then the cruise from Satuday - Saturday.. then the same Hampton Inn from Saturday - Sunday !!! :Pinkbounc :bounce:

Were taking DCL transfers. I was thinking about a rental car but DCL transfers seem much easier. I guess it will depend on which airline we go with... :confused3
