Looking forward to this vacation. We get to see friends from past cruises this coming sunday and monday. And we get to meet new friends on this cruise.

Sorry I haven't been on here more often, but I read along every night! Can't wait to meet all of you and CAN'T BELIEVE we're only 8 days away!

Alyssa is so excited! It's her first cruise. She thinks it's pretty neat that you can talk to people that will be on the cruise before you get there.

Well, if I'm not able to pop in here before the 29th, SEE YOU ALL THEN!

Hi Gang

A week today, roght about now, we will be landing in Orlando....then off to the Radisson for the day....this way we can get to the ship super early....last cruise we flew in the day of and it was to much of a rush....live and learn....Denver are you doing the Halloween Party at MK or just dinner at Crystal Palace?...either way I am sure we will see you on the cruise since our stateroom is just down from the secret deck 7 area (my wife's favourite place to sun)...I warned her about the little pool already (haha)

So, DCL is going to make an announcement about the Dream at 4PM on our sail away day - that's right after our MnG and before the lifeboat drill. Next Thursday is going to be busy!

Lawrence - tell your wife no worries the pool for Denver will be off to the side and we always pick up the poop LOL .... OK so your at raddison what time r you arriving at the port ? i made ressies for the shuttle to get us at 11 - should I do it earlier ? if you have to wait to get on where do you wait at ? last year we did disney transport so i didnt wait just went on bec it was after 12 - this year im going cocoa beach shuttle and staying very close so PLEASE tell me past cruisers what time is the earliest they board us - and what time is priority boarding start ?

I am making the assumption that it will be the 2nd night.
Trick or Treat will be on Halloween or the 3rd night.


Is anyone doing WDW before the cruise?
We are doing the Food and Wine monday.
MNSSHP on tuesday.
One of the other parks on wednesday.

I think pirate night is the 2nd night the night we r at Nassau least it was last Halloween . Also we trick or treated in the afternoon last year ON Halloween .... wonder if they will do somethiing soecial this year since we will be at CC on Halloween ?

I have a cold or at least i think it is - cant tell because im taking airborne eccinacia and golden seal and colidal silver to try and kill it LOL so cant figure if its not getting worse bec im on all those drugs or bec its just allergys ? Better this week though vs next - am hoping everyone stays healthy this week and next .... being sick SUX when your on Vacation
Hope all is well Denvers final paperwork came in today from Guide dog school - we r all set to go He is packed as usual with his whole bag which has to be checked LOL and im almost packed with my carry on LOL Geeee wonder who is KING around here ? Mr . I get my own bag full of stuf EVERYWHERE I go.... He even has his stuffed pluto and lifejacket packed ! Dont know if we will dress him up or not but maybe for the trick or treat part -
PS dont tell because he isnt really allowed to have them BUT he LOVVEEEsssssss suckers ! not blow pops or tootsie pops but regular suckers like dum dums or the cheap o kind you get at the Doctors office - he says to pass that info along .... he wanted to make sure you all knew that after you went trick or treating LOL

Cool! I wanted to do the CC 5K in February, but I am a walker and clock at a 16 min/mile pace so I was affraid I would get left faaaaaaaaar behind I ended up just doing loops around the ship, which was loads of fun because of the motion of the sea, DH and I loved it.

I can't wait to hear about the Dream! I sooo want to sail on it!

We'll be there Wednesday but we will be running around taking photos of all the resorts for a project for our vow renewal invitation and save the dates. If you see a couple of crazy people with signs that seems to make no sense at all jumping up and down in front or a camera strapped to light poles or railings... please just pretend you neeever saw anything

Oooh, that's one vital piece of info about Denver right there, will try and keep that in mind for the rockstar!

Feel better BTW, there is a mild cold bug going around here too, people feel it, they feel down and sorta moppy and off, I have been taking emergenc and more immune boosters and trying to keep active and think healthy thoughts. Two of my team mates went home sick Monday, I am bringing the hazmat suit for the rest of the week.

Nobody here is allowed to get sick before the cruise! Think healthy peeps! Thiiink healthy!

BTW today it was Merryl's wedding day! I hope everything went above and beyond expectations, the weather was beautiful from what I can tell, so yay for that!

My TA says that the DCL announcement will be the itennaries and sail dates for the Dream! I have finally started to pack! Both of the boys are home with the flu and DH and I are taking Tamiflu also as a preventative measure. Doc says it will be helpful to have this in all of our systems so we are less likely to pick up something onboard. I'm really glad we are getting this over this week and not next!!! We are also having crazy weather here in SC! We are running the heat in the AM and the AC in the afternoon! Can't wait!!!! 7 days til we board!!!!

SOOOOooooo excited . Dont think im sick think just allergys HOWEVER I am thinking being on an antibiotic cant hurt and since I have a generous doc I think I will go today and get some ! we dont have the flu epidemic going on ( that flu ) here as bad but it seems like they are handing out tamaflu there like candy - do you get sick when you take it ??? Im wondering if I can get it since I am allergic to alot of stuff? guess we will see today

We will be checking in to SSR Treehouse Villas on Sunday. We have two day park hoppers left over from our last trip this past December. Not sure which parks we are going to. We have done MNSSHP for like the last three years in a row and are going to skip that this year. Besides the kids are getting a little old for that. Then we will leave on Tuesday and will be at Vero Beach until Thursday when we leave to board the ship.

I hear that NASA is testing a rocket on Tuesday 10/27. My son is hoping to be able to see that.

OMG It would be great if we could see a launch from PC. Even if it is just a rocket.
DH used to work there during his college internship right on the big building you can see from port so it would be a lot of fun for us.
