I thought things were shut down the 1-17th but they are still passing ROFR. Is it just closings that are on pause during this time?

I wonder how many people will be okay with this fee, if it takes the old ROFR timeframe to under a month????

I think everyone will accept it come early next year. For me it would be the quicker time for loading points not ROFR. I hated that the previous owner still had access to MY points for so long after closing. It was a huge stress.

I believe that they won’t process nem member IDs or loading points. It causes quite a log jam.

Of course. But if they feel good about the ability to sell through at a $100 point spread at the moment then it’s pretty easy money.
