Congrats!! When you get the owners name be sure to search the Hawaii database to make sure it’s not a secret SUB contract. If you need help feel free to PM me.

There's no way a seller would go all the way through the sales process without telling you you're getting a SUB contract, right? Like, that's such a huge amount of value, and even if the seller didn't know, the broker almost certainly would, and would immediately explain it. Does this actually happen?

Does anyone know does the ROFR process shut down the first half of Dec too, or just the points loading process?
