There's no way a seller would go all the way through the sales process without telling you you're getting a SUB contract, right? Like, that's such a huge amount of value, and even if the seller didn't know, the broker almost certainly would, and would immediately explain it. Does this actually happen?

Does anyone know does the ROFR process shut down the first half of Dec too, or just the points loading process?

It does happen, but very rarely for obvious reasons.

So, during that time, then don’t work on transfers of contracts.

We were sent to ROFR 10/31, so if we do pass is it, most likely we will be waiting an extra couple weeks for the transfer and points loading? Thank you

Probably, we have one sent 11/4 that I'm waiting for. We will possibly get the ROFR decision before they shut down, but giving a few days for closing I don't think it will make it to them in time before they close. They have been loading points crazy fast recently though, so there's a tiny chance it will get done in time.
