IndyUK---$100-$5000-50-AKV-Sep-8/24, 50/25, 50/26

We went and offered the asking price as it seemed a really good deal. Never used Fidelity before (always used Resale Market) but im paying cash instead of financing.

Really hoping Disney don't swipe this as its a cracking deal to us.
So we just had a contract pass for a different resort that has been being actively ROFR'd back the last 5 months. We were certain it would be taken because the price we paid was bargain basement. Nope, we got it. We aren't posting details until we close, though.

So, yes, you have a good chance of it passing.

Seller has paid the Dues on the 8 2024 points.

Im paying the 2025 dues and all the Fidelity fees and closing costs.
You should add your projected total costs at closing to the $5000 listed price then.🙂 I don’t think it will get taken! Since the fees per point are higher on small contracts I suspect they are taken less. Also, I bought a nearly identical AKV contract in August or so and used Fidelity and Mason with no problems! My contract even had 50 bonus points in holding that weren’t mentioned.

I'm glad you snagged this, because I was so tempted, but I do not really need to add on more points...

Good luck, I’m also waiting on AKL rofr. Someone on a uk dvc group I’m in had theirs taken (210 pts, stripped, akl) taken by Disney and it was an international seller too which was a huge surprise. However, I’ve also seen that two akl contracts got through in the last week - so who knows
I got my June 250 through this month (Intl seller) after they took 225 October contract last month. Both had full 2024 points.

I think this actually has far more to do with the unit number than price. I believe to recombine points and resell them they need to come from a similar pool.

Well, it's been a while since I bought something. I was looking for either CCV or AUL Sub--after the lack of incentives with Poly Direct (which was what I was initially holding out for). But then this popped up. No current points (2024), but full points for 2025 and following. It will take many years before the discount on this contract catches up to the value lost by not buying AUL sub--or at least that's what I told myself. And I got 100 points of resale here for roughly what 35 points would've cost with Poly Direct (in case Disney is listening).

disneylandtour---$78-$9913-100-AUL-Oct-0/24, 100/25, 100/26, - sent 11/27

With the dumping of AUL contracts--as I said a while ago--I do expect more to show up in the $70pp range before this whole ride is over. And I also expect for prices to rebound once the commercial dumping of AUL is over.

Anyway, hopefully there's some mango or coconut mojitos in my future.
$78 for a neutral, small point AUL, another ROCK star deal! Congrats!!!

Let's not give them any ideas now 🤣
I can't remember the last time, if ever, I saw AUL on the ROFR list. If it was there, it's been years. So I feel mostly safe. If it was AKV, I'd be thinking that I hope the title company sends me a check (instead of refunding to card) so I can still keep the $400 sign-up bonus I got for using a new CC to make the deposit.
