I am starting to get worried. I had a small SSR contract on 11/1 but still have not heard back regarding ROFR. I thought a response had to be given within 30 days....am I wrong? Should I be worried?

Seems longer than typical, but not unheard of. Have you checked in with your escrow company or broker? It wouldn't be the first time paperwork wasn't filed in a timely manner.

Disney never buys back a 2057... I can't remember a time that they ever have.
