Possibly. My understanding of Florida sunshine (transparency) statutes is that the post-office address is the legal address of the person or entity that is party to the agreement. But, like so many other questions, it must be a "Florida thing". I do know the county clerk only cares about where to send the property tax bill, so that would obviously be DVD. That may be where their interest ends.I looked up one of the deeds we sent to ROFR. I'd forgotten to ask if it was an international seller - being in the UK I didn't want international with all the tax stuff. It also listed DVD under the address.
ETA: Maybe they're financed and owned by DVD til paid in full
In other areas of the Florida statutes where they incorporate the term "post-office address" (and ones that we deal with directly in our business), they really do mean that physical address where you receive the bulk of your mail (and where they can send any legal/official correspondence). Basically, where they can find you if they come looking.
