I can’t remember them all but between $129-138 i think! our $125pp passed today

They are definitely letting more through …in sept we lost a $130/pt and my friend had a $144/pt taken. Now it seems most is going through down in $120s even. Good luck!

Yeap. And we can see what happens to resale without ROFR. I mean, don't get me wrong - I got an amazing contract on resale. But these prices have tanked pretty quickly between the surge in inventory and lack of ROFR.

Yeap. And we can see what happens to resale without ROFR. I mean, don't get me wrong - I got an amazing contract on resale. But these prices have tanked pretty quickly between the surge in inventory and lack of ROFR.

And with millions of more direct points poised to come online soon (VDH and Poly 2), these resale prices will come down even further as more inventory floods the market. The lack of ROFR activity tells me Disney has too many points and is not interested in buying back more points.

No yet, the prices in 2016 were much better. Got a fully loaded AKV contract for about $90/point, but with the way things are looking those prices might be coming back, to bad we aren't looking to add on right now.

Hope these price head lower for all the new resale buyers out there looking.

Private sale, per point price is a little more than what seems to be passing ROFR for a 2042, but we negotiated the price back in September right before things started dipping. Plus, I wanted to make sure we could dodge ROFR...fingers crossed that things stay this way!
