Kidding me, you are getting so many points for free... can you use those 160 2023? I think this is a great deal

I am happy with our purchase, but I have seen some better deals on here. But I am happy with this for us.

We are going to try to sell the 2023 points I think for a deal. If we can't do that we have family that lives close to Disney, or we could use them ourselves (we have AP's). Not sure yet.

By the time you get your points you may have to do is grab whatever you can find find rent that way as things for September will be very limited.

This title company with the downed system, anyone hearing anything regarding a resolution?

I just got an email 10 minutes ago that my contract finally closed…they had all closing docs & funds since July 19th.

It’s still live. If you get 250 points direct it’s $155 per point, and if you purchase an October or December Use year you get the 2023 points and can sell them back to Disney for a $20 per point rebate bringing the total cost down to $135 per point.

Alrighty, ROFR passed (Yay!!!) now, hope next steps moves faster.

Got it last night just before I went to sleep. Also had all of our docs and funds since July 19, so they may take a couple days to get up to date depending on how quickly these things move.

I got an email last night also saying we closed. Just the generic email. No apologies from Astrid. The President of the company, Latoya did email me at the beginning of the week and apologized for the delay and lack of communication.

We just bought at VDH and were offered the $20 buyback with a December Use Year.
