Doesn’t have to be fidelity to have been the same contract. Was the CCV@WL contract a Fidelity contract? I might be under contract on this one right now.

If you don’t mind saying what was the asking price on the AKL contract?wmm1126---$103-$11703-100-AKV-Dec-100/23, 200/24, 100/25- sent 6/27, passed 7/23
wmm1126---$110-$14250-120-CCV@WL-Dec-0/23, 0/24, 120/25- sent 6/26 (unfortunately this contract was cancelled within the first 10 days of signing so it never made it to the ROFR desk)
Im so excited to finally be a part of DVC! Now I need my account to be made and my points to load so I can figure out what to do with the 100 points that expire Nov 30. (banked points from 2022)
Yes, it was.Was the CCV@WL contract a Fidelity contract? I might be under contract on this one right now.
I would rather not say.How come cancelled?
106 pp was the asking price. Which was already a great deal bc that was the instant quote value on the most popular reseller's website. So I got it for less than instant quote value. Which makes my cheapskate heart singIf you don’t mind saying what was the asking price on the AKL contract?

You negotiated a better deal than I did and I thought I had a fair deal.. I ended up at $115/pt. We agreed to pay closing costs, the admin fee and the estoppel fee. We just went to ROFR today. Can you say if it was your choice to cancel the deal or the seller? I’m interested to know if I need to worry about the seller pulling the rug out from under me.

Got it. Thanks for the info. I appreciate the reassurance. I was frankly surprised that the seller came down from her asking as much as she did and now I understand why (she had originally accepted your lower offer). But also congrats on your AKL contract… that one’s a great, fully loaded deal!It was us, so no worries. And honestly 600 dollars in the grand scheme of DVC is not much. Still a great deal.
That's very cheap for CCV... I have no idea who is paying so much more for these contracts to bring the average price so much higher than everyone's on this groupWas the CCV@WL contract a Fidelity contract? I might be under contract on this one right now.

They are now hoping they will have it fixed by the end of the week. This is really not appropriate for this type of business. My agent is not on vacation but they are also not very communicative either.
I am also with ***, they are extremely uncommunicative regarding this "system outage".They are now hoping they will have it fixed by the end of the week. This is really not appropriate for this type of business.
So we live in an area with a slow moving real estate market, and my neighbor listed the house next door within days of our accepted offer for our new points. I think I'm going to have new neighbors quicker than my DVC points, and the difference will 100% be the closing process because our seller and Disney were both totally on the ball here.I am also with ***, they are extremely uncommunicative regarding this "system outage".
Theres always a lot of chatter about Fidelity charging a bogus admin fee but I must point out that my closing costs with First Am, and other closing costs I’ve seen such as with Magic Vacation Title, are very similarly in the $1,000 range.Grapefruit---$115-$14861-120-CCV@WL-Dec-0/23, 0/24, 120/25- sent 7/29
Originally listed at $140 (I think), then reduced to $129.17. We offered $115/pt, seller pays admin fee ($225), and buyer pays closing ($686). Seller countered at $115/pt, buyer pays closing ($686), admin fee ($225), and estoppel ($150). Accepted. We felt it was a fair deal and have no need for 2024 points.
These are purely SAP+ points for stalking nights at VGC (surprised how often random single nights pop up <7 months out).
Wow! That was a quick turnaround! Congrats!MaggieSqrl---$84-$8937-100-OKW-Aug-0/23, 0/24, 100/25, 100/26- sent 7/18, passed 7/30
