I put 10 years of ROFR decisions into Grok and it just showed me a picture of a cat smoking a cigarette branded “Old Key Wests”Or maybe they’ve decided to outsource ROFR decisions to some type of overhyped AI engine.

Just wanted to second (third?) others response that we bought a delayed closing contract this summer and passed ROFR in the standard time frame and then the waiting was BETWEEN passing ROFR and Closing and NOT during ROFR.We submitted for ROFR on 7/18 and still have not heard back. Broker tells me that is because we have to wait on the sellers completing a pending reservation (not disclosed to us at time of offer.....and I didn't read the paperwork closely enough to catch it....), which is in the beginning of October. Does anyone have any experience with how long it will take to get an ROFR answer for a delayed closing? Or when I might expect points to be deposited? I was hoping to get in front of the 7 month mark for a mid June reservation.

140s -- we were just on our very first trip using DVC from our CCV purchase, and decided that we should just start throwing low offers on BCV contracts that matched our use year. Maybe eventually we'd find someone interested, but this was our first offer and it was accepted. I honestly wasn't quite ready to buy more, but...oh well!
