Yes, us too. I like looking at graphs, except when they are depresssing because prices were so much cheaper just 3 years before we bought in 2015.

We just bought VGF at $145/pp so we didn't do to bad, but would have been nice to get in some where else at 2012 prices.

Okay, am I jinxed or what? The title company handling my contract had a fire in their offices and they are closed this week.

Life has been crazy the last 6 weeks here but I hopped on to see if you finally got your BWV contract. I don't even know what to say besides omg! I hope you hear soon!

Received an email yesterday from my broker stating Disney has all the documents and that they asked Disney to expedite ROFR and estoppel. The cast member stated that she had asked the committee to expedite.
Will let you all know when a decision has been made.
BTW I did receive our blue membership cards yesterday on my AKV contract (that was grandfathered in ) yesterday.

Made an offer just today on a small contract at Wilderness Lodge and my documents are already off to Disney for ROFR. Ahh!! We are really hopeful to become new DVC members soon!!

See you all at the BW. #4 finally passed. It's been a long wait. 114 days since I submitted my first BWV contract. 43 days for this one.
I finally passed. I can't believe it. I am smiling. Disney take my money.
Now for estoppel and closing.
Won't truly celebrate until this contract closes and the deed is recorded. Only then I will know it is ad done deal.

On a side not, how does a person get a "signature" DVC resort badge added to their account?

Also, how can you add a profile pic?

Do a search for Birds Of Prey Dave and look for his images, and you can use Photobucket or another image hosting site to park them in your signature. For the profile picture, that is something you can upload from your computer on the User Control Panel page .
