Sorry about that. I tried to do that originally. It limits me on how much I can input into the "other details" box.

Seller is paying 50% of closing ($305 of $610). I offered to pay for MF '16 (approximately $1226), since it's a loaded contract. So, in editing to be accurate:

I waited for a rush of comments, but nothing? Perhaps people think you are just testing the tool.

The biggest question (among many, the others being too nosy to ask) is whether you will go wider with your signature and drop it to 3 rows, or just keep going longer, and take up a whole screen with each post.

Thanks!!! I'd almost forgotten how brutal the wait is, and we are a few days in .

Go ahead and be nosy- though I don't even consider questions to be nosy, lol.

I am not sure what to do about the signature, lol. It's definitely a consideration. That being said, I'm fully expecting Disney to take at least one of them!

@gr8tdame -- you should know by now! Don't keep us all in suspense!

The suspense is killing me. I emailed my broker and the title company again on Tuesday. Yesterday the broker got back to me saying she is trying to contact the seller.
Today's update:: seller's ex-wife signed Quit claim deed. Seller will overnight the signed waiver DVD sent him to the title company. Should hear something next week. Meanwhile I have been looking at other contracts. What else can happen?
Hopefully DVD will let this pass.
