I signed up for the Fidelity newsletter. After that, I got a message from Thomas there and he asked what I was looking for. The next day he had this contract. I wasn't really expecting the offer to be accepted and was really surprised when it was.

If you want, I'll give you his name and contact via PM. Just let me know.

I'll looking for one more GF or BW, if you had any tips, let me know, too!!

We have a delayed closing of Oct 3. I had another contract at BWV (100 pts at $100/pt) fall through last month. Passed ROFR in April. All money sent in. The sellers then went MIA, just went silent and never returned their closing docs. After the required time on that contract I canceled (obviously, lol) and submitted the accepted offer at BCV. Hoping it's all smooth sailing on this one!

Not a bad price for BCV. Congratulations. Such a shame that the first sale fell through like that. I wonder what made the sellers renege.

Still waiting to hear about my BWV purchase. It went to ROFR 2 days before yours went. {{sigh}} I guess that I'll know by the end of the week when the full 30 days have passed.

That must have felt great!

Now is definitely the time to buy. They usually start ramping up ROFR in the next quarter, and contracts start moving faster as people aren't off enjoying summer and vacations anymore. The amount they buy back is still very, very low, but it tends to push prices a bit upwards, along with the contracts selling faster as well.
