Maybe the seller is in arrears and wants Disney to ROFR? Good job finding that one. I'm a little jealous, but I'll be positively green if you pass ROFR!

It'll pass with no issue, almost guaranteed. The margin is not high enough for them to take it back. BLT is at $170/pt and they pass on pretty much anything $115 and up. It's just not worth it to them for $50/pt for the newer resorts, though it is definitely a huge amount of difference to the buyer!

EDIT: They must have heard me because 5 mins after I posted this I was notified that we're in ROFR! Here's our info:

I stalk it every day so you won't be alone. I'm waiting to hear back on my SSR contract. We went up for ROFR on 12/30. I check everyday to see who has had movement on ROFR. It has been a long 21 days for us.

It has been a long 21 days for me too...................... I have been waiting for the title company to get the estoppel information since 12/30. IMO, ROFR was a piece of cake (12 days) as compared to this next step !

To all my fellow ROFR stalkers, I contacted my realtor today to check in and found out I passed ROFR on 5 January. I was bummed I was not notified but glad to hear I passed and my 10 day window for estoppel is today. So I'm hoping to hear back from the title company relatively soon. I'm not holding my breath as "Hayesdvc" has been waiting 21 days for estoppel.

Congrats! Why on earth didn't your broker tell you that Disney waived ROFR?!

I have no idea why we were not notified. It was relayed that the ball got dropped and we should of been notified. Thankful we passed. I'm hoping my title company does better on the notification piece.
