OK here I go again after losing an SSR and deciding I'll go for a smaller contract at BLT our dream location before calling it quits. Definitely a little higher in price per point but has 90 banked so can help us borrow less for first few years until we add on.. fingers crossed!! Stalking this board again begins now!....

I have been waiting on an SSR contract since 2/3 no points until 12/2018, 160 points at $75. I've been waiting so long and I see all these other contracts done way before me... Ahhhhhhh when will it end I hope that doesn't mean they are going to take. I thought since not fully loaded maybe we would have luck. If they only looked into how much we visit and spend they would see it would be wise to pass it

I submitted a contract for ROFR 2/10 for 100 points available in APR 2017 SSR. After waiting two weeks I couldn't contain myself anymore and submitted a second contract for 200 point on 2/26 for SSR points available in DEC 2018. That contract passed ROFR quick it passed 3/6. I am still waiting for the other one that got submitted to ROFR on 2/10 for a 100 points and today they, title company told me that the submission date was 2/17 which is not true. I think the way it works, they try to find a buyer and if they cant, it passes ROFR. I wonder if I want to pass on my contract to some one like you, after it passes ROFR, if that would be possible??? My contracts are at $70pp

Thanks for reaching out on that. We lost that SSR contract and ultimately decided to go after a BLT smaller contract for now which is our favorite location. The SSR contract attracted us as it was a great price near downtown so we tried. I bet you could find someone who would be interested to pursue it. It probably would have to go back through ROFR. I'm going to explore my luck on the BLT or it's not meant to be

No. Any changes to the contract have to go back through ROFR.
