DVC members site would not let me drop days?

I went online looking to modify a ressie by dropping 2 days from our upcoming trip.
The members service web site told me that my dates had to be waitlisted.?
I was not adding any thing.logged back in later and was able to drop through chat.
Just curious if this a common "glitch"
How would I waitlist to cancel days?

Sounds like it was the website that wouldn’t do its job, but MS via chat did!

Yeah after the change Disney IT did in early February some, but hopefully not many experienced odd behavior.

If you experience something like that again I would recommend signing out, clearing cookies and cache and try again.

For what it’s worth have anyone noticed that the system takes a longer time to load once you want to modify your reservation, before you are presented with the calendar?
