Sorry Do our points only work here in Florida or could I use them in California (Grand Californian) and Hawaii (Alunai)?

We probably could have asked another $2 less but honestly with Disney taking so many and this being our ideal contract (resort, number of points, price, and use year!), we were willing to go a little higher for peace of mind. Now the waiting begins!

The broker encouraged me to go lower, then lower still and I ended up at $106 and the offer was accepted....now I wait for rofr!! 118/17 ,160/18, 160/19...sent 2/17, not completely loaded but a good contract. That's awesome! I'll cross my fingers for you. I lost out on a few 100 pts that took full bids, so I think they may move a little faster. I almost started to look at 125+ but then I remembered those pesky dues!

My broker used to work for DVC, and he said it is 7%....so, 1 in 13 are taken?

Sure seems like a lot more than that. I am worried about my BCV. He says it should fly thru rofr, but I don't know.

He did say a lot of SSR are being taken right now.

I think they're going to take it this week since they're on a SSR buying spree .

How long between passing ROFR and closing?

I'm hesitant to move funds prior to passing, but it can take 5 business days to have the funds accessible. Do you have a certain amount of time to have closing funds ready?
