The recommendations I made are based on me having been a black car service driver in Orlando. I worked for Mears, who does provide private black car service in addition to Mears Connect, which is their shared shuttle service. The companies I recommended are companies that I always used to see around the airport and the resorts, with drivers who I had gotten to know. I specifically did not recommend a few companies that are newer, and whose drivers do not dress in formal attire as you asked.

Do you recommend Mears Connect? I believe it is the one with the van that will hold at least 7 people. We fly in late at night would you recommend them?

Mears Connect is a shared shuttle service.
I would instead book Mears Luxe or any of the other companies I recommended earlier in the thread. That way you will have a private, direct, and more luxurious ride. All of the companies in town have options that can fit you.
