How long did it take Disney on ROFR?

BCV or BWV are by far the best for Epcot and F&W I prefer BCV but some people just don't know any better.

I wasn't successful getting the sellers to negotiate their asking price but this contract had everything I was looking for so I'm happy.

Price per point sounds high but seller is paying closing costs so I thought it was OK for a small contract with current points.

Really hoping it passes. Looks promising that ROFR has been quick lately. As an international buyer the transaction costs add up for deposits on contracts if they're taken.

Good luck! That should go through but if not, see if the title company can hold your money in escrow while you submit another offer instead of refunding it to you. It shouldn't be a problem.

This is my second contract, we own 250 at BCV, March UY. I hope I won't mind having a different use year. March is hard to come by at AKV
