Was contingent on seller banking 2016 points into 2017. The 120 remaining 2016 points were banked from 2015, and are now use or lose. Hoping to close quickly so we can rent those points out!

I'm actually scared that we might lose it based on the selling price. It's what the owner asked for which I feel was a great price for a loaded contract.

Pretty good deal fully loaded like that. You should be able to get something for those 2016 points.
