Didn't realize DVC expanded to Yosemite....actively selling resorts like Polynesian, Riviera, Fort Wilderness, Ahwahnee, and Disneyland Hotel.
Voice text strikes again I assume!Didn't realize DVC expanded to Yosemite.
True… my OTUP were VDH...or where there are foreclosures.
Is the addendum that there are less points available and that they will compensate you or is it some other issue? I would imagine that you could ask to walk away from the deal if the terms have changed. You would need to figure out how big of a deal it is to you and ask if you would have any penalties.Do I have to sign an addendum if it’s less favorable to me?
I may have missed something. I need more context….Do I have to sign an addendum if it’s less favorable to me?
They may have forgot to include some information that would result in me getting more back for the sell of a contract, do I have to sign it? It’s not worth tanking the deal over, but this wouldn’t affect the buyer. It’s a company clerical error I supposeI may have missed something. I need more context….
Ohh I see. That is a tough one. Maybe one of our lawyer boarders has advice. They may have forgot to include some information that would result in me getting more back for the sell of a contract, do I have to sign it? I'd just reach out to the broker: "I think this clause is missing. If it is, can we add it?"They may have forgot to include some information that would result in me getting more back for the sell of a contract, do I have to sign it? My question revolves around not wanting to add it, since it benefits me. They are asking me to sign it already.I'd just reach out to the broker: "I think this clause is missing. If it is, can we add it?"
Then, see what they say. It is possible that it was a clerical error, but also possible you have a mis-understanding of what should be there.
