I know from another thread that @pangyal is currently at WDW— I think it makes sense to make a thread of the data you do know, note you are seller delayed close at the end of the string and guess a median closing cost value for the sake of anybody who later comes along to scrape data.

Find another disboarder going thru the same cycle that you can dm and complain and cry with for the next 60 days, that helped me a lot
You do it often enough and you just forget about it... I just passed ROFR yesterday and had a vague idea it might come this week and it did. All the data is in the sales contract, just input with your buyers hat on. Estimated closing costs is fine since they are usually pretty close to actuals.
