Not sure how to go about listing.. i sold 2 BWV 25pt each, but as the seller I'm not sure what they are paying, & they aren't closing until Jan 2026, and they just passed ROFR, but I'd like the data to be recorded.. any suggestions?

I know from another thread that @pangyal is currently at WDW— I think it makes sense to make a thread of the data you do know, note you are seller delayed close at the end of the string and guess a median closing cost value for the sake of anybody who later comes along to scrape data.

Yes 2 Contracts, Delayed closing until 2026, so there had to be addendums etc to correct the closing date.
Will be in the market for 60-80pts (maybe even 100 if the price is right. lol), but no need for BWV points until late 2026, or 2027.

2. Price is very, very cheap so almost certain we're going to get ROFR'd.

The first two times I bought were harrowing. I’ve bought four times now and sold one; nothing scares me anymore!You can always find another deal.

Find another disboarder going thru the same cycle that you can dm and complain and cry with for the next 60 days, that helped me a lot

You do it often enough and you just forget about it... I just passed ROFR yesterday and had a vague idea it might come this week and it did. Most are passing these days, so unless it is a steal you should be okay.

You just need to buy before you actually need the points. That way if you don't get it, oh well you didn't need it. If you do get it, oops guess you have some vacations to plan!

It is 1000% a West Coast product. There are a ton of affordable flights that go direct to Hawaii from all of the major cities and it’s actually the same distance to Orlando as it is to Honolulu for most of us.

It’s just like Hilton Head and Vero are mostly east coast products.

For me, the difficulty with Aulani and Hawaii is less the airfare (it is certainly more expensive than MCO), but just the pure amount of time flying and time change. I flew into SFO a few days ago for a work trip from PHL, and man am I am struggling with the time change. HNL? With my young kids? I just predict complete and total disaster. Maybe when they're older.

I'm holding out hope that we'll make it to Aulani when my son is older!

All the data is in the sales contract, just input with your buyers hat on. Estimated closing costs is fine since they are usually pretty close to actuals.
