how low is to low for price per point for a Riviera contract that has zero 2025 points?

Also, if we bought a 2nd use year (currently August) would September be the best option to keep everything as close as possible? I know we would have to transfer the points in order to use them together

I would not do different UYs on a RIV resale. The restrictions are already messy enough. But that's just me.

Also, has anyone not heard anything past 30 days and gotten good news? Or was your contract taken?

Not me personally but I have seen it both ways
