how low is to low for price per point for a Riviera contract that has zero 2025 points?

Also, if we bought a 2nd use year (currently August) would September be the best option to keep everything as close as possible? I know we would have to transfer the points in order to use them together

100% agree, they are really good about that. Meanwhile the board sponsor tried to tell me that a contract that had been listed for over a month had a "bidding war" a few days after the price was slightly reduced. I don't buy it.
 
I'm just waiting to see if the amazing BCV that lasted one hour pops up here...Someone got very lucky and beat me out while I was on the phone with my wife discussing it!
Hmmm I didnt see that one, Ive been looking more for BWV but I still look at BCV too because why not.

410 points per year is enough to start out for a family of 4, right? 🤭
You would think 410 would be enough. But you and your kids will out grow studios and then one bedrooms and then your vacationing will change. We started with 200 MAR for Spring Break. Then added 170 OCT for MVMCP. Then outgrew Studios and added another 410 MAR to stay in One Bedrooms and finally this past year added another 250 JUN so we can try for Two Bedrooms most of the time now. I think that is one of the best features of DVC, the flexibility it affords you as your vacationing changes.

I sent both of these to friends looking to buy. I knew they'd be instantly gone. By the time we were able to get ahold of them both were already off the site. I knew they would go fast because they were priced right! Congrats to the two parties that ended up with them.
