How long after sending back closing docs does it typically take to have to points loaded?
For us it was 14 days. Closing completed on 6/7 and points showed up in my online account on 6/21. I called member services on 6/19 and they were able to see the points on their side.

I know it's been mentioned on here previously, but for those of you looking to buy right now, I would strongly recommend against using Magic Vacation Titles. It took them almost a full month to send me my closing documents. We finally received them a week ago, so this morning I called to ask for an update , and the agent acted annoyed, like I shouldn't be bothering her.
It is weird to me that Magic Vacation Title is not listed as part of the World of DVC group, yet their president is a broker at DVCRM. Clearly there's an affiliation which is why some buyers have reported that they are essentially strongarmed into using them, but weird it's not disclosed as such.

Very interesting.

It's all one company, owned by Nick Cotton.

My past experience with Magic Vacation Title was fine. I don’t recall them being any faster or slower than anyone else. There are any number of reasons closing docs might be delayed that have nothing to do with the title company.

I think they’ve gone down hill quite a bit then because today they are terrible and the most expensive.

I'm curious what the reasons could be for delaying receiving closing docs that have nothing to do with the title company, since they the ones who creates those documents. I also have a hard time recommending a title company that, according to them, had the docs ready, but someone forgot to send them out for a few days, until we reached out to them. And then finally, for an agent to act annoyed when I called almost a week after signing the documents to ask for an update on the seller.

After having a few sellers say no to lower offers and then sell at this price to someone else I feel like this seems to be the sweet spot for contracts of this size and number of points at Saratoga. 🤞the ROFR monster is still sleeping!
