very coolAlright in my most ambitious effort yet, I’ve added a pricing tool for current listings:
www.dvcrofr.com/pricing-tool
For us it was 14 days. Closing completed on 6/7 and points showed up in my online account on 6/21. I called member services on 6/19 and they were able to see the points on their side. How long after sending back closing docs does it typically take to have to points loaded?
I can't seem to access the tool. Is it still online?Alright in my most ambitious effort yet, I’ve added a pricing tool for current listings:

i just clicked on it - it worked.I can't seem to access the tool. Is it still online?
It is weird to me that Magic Vacation Title is not listed as part of the World of DVC group, yet their president is a broker at DVCRM. Clearly there's an affiliation which is why some buyers have reported that they are essentially strongarmed into using them, but weird it's not disclosed as such.I know it's been mentioned on here previously, but for those of you looking to buy right now, I would strongly recommend against using Magic Vacation Titles. It took them almost a full month to send me my closing documents. We finally received them a week ago, so this morning I called to ask for an update , and the agent acted annoyed, like I shouldn't be bothering her.

My past experience with Magic Vacation Title was fine. I don’t recall them being any faster or slower than anyone else. There are any number of reasons closing docs might be delayed that have nothing to do with the title company.I know it's been mentioned on here previously, but for those of you looking to buy right now, I would strongly recommend against using Magic Vacation Titles. I think they’ve gone down hill quite a bit then because today they are terrible and the most expensive.
It legally can’t be one company with the broker, but there does seem to be an ownership interest from Mr. Cotton. It appears his wife actually runs Magic. It's all one company, owned by Nick Cotton.
I'm curious what the reasons could be for delaying receiving closing docs that have nothing to do with the title company, since they the ones who creates those documents. I also have a hard time recommending a title company that, according to them, had the docs ready, but someone forgot to send them out for a few days, until we reached out to them. And then finally, for an agent to act annoyed when I called almost a week after signing the documents to ask for an update on the seller. My past experience with Magic Vacation Title was fine. Maybe they have. I used them a few years ago.I think they’ve gone down hill quite a bit then because today they are terrible and the most expensive.
Mine was sent on 6/9-these 2 weeks turn arounds are great! Congrats !!! I offered $95 and the broker said no way. I was slightly peeved-no counter.mblsj---$95-$18434-185-AKV-Dec-0/21, 92/22, 185/23, 185/24- sent 6/8, passed 6/22![]()
