**ROFR Thread 2014 JULY-DEC** Please read 1st post for instructions

I am hoping today is our day !!!!! Ours went to ROFR 10/1 . Haven't heard a thing yet . I don't really think it would be taken by the mouse , but you never know . Just waiting to hear we passed ($80. PP for a loaded AKV). We used TSS and no word yet ......... Anyone else hear from TSS today ?

Maybe they didnt hear from Disney about ours yet. We are on day 28 .

Syndrome. Ours went to rofr same day as yours. Similar contract. Fully loaded akv. Also used TSS. We haven't heard anything yet. I do expect both our contracts to pass.

Thanks ! I guess we are waiting together . I would expect us both to pass ........ Just waiting for that confirmation !
Tuesdays , right before the 30 days , is a common day to get the ROFR result .

Now, hopefully we close a little before our 7 month booking window opens up for a July 2015 vacation . Need to book around the middle of December. Hopeful the points will be in our account by then ........ crossing fingers.

21 days is a little early ...........Disney doesn't want to make it too easy , it has to be a little stressful to discourage some from trying the resale route !

First post on the Disboards, but it's an exciting one! After years of consideration, we decided the best way to try out DVC was to buy a small contract, and we just got word today that we passed!

A2Cmommy -- $63-$3150-50-HHI-February, 50/'15, 50/'16, etc - sent 10/8 - passed 10/28

We've stayed at HHI for the past few beach trips and love it, and are thrilled to own a (small) piece of it!

Just an update on the timeline. Got my closing docs on Saturday 10/11 and returned them this week. Still not finished or in Disney's system but getting closer

Notified today that the deed is on its way to Disney. Close is complete! Now just waiting to get into Disney's system. So far, I'm at 2 months from the start of this process.
