I doubt there is any chance we have access to banked '12s before 11/30.

Yes it was Fidelity. The seller had 2 almost identical contracts listed there. We are not getting our hopes up on ROFR, but who knows..

Yep, thats what I thought . I saw , but missed both of them .
Just lost a 150 VWL due to seller negligence !
I was looking for any Dec UY WL contracts, now there are NONE on the market .........even at "too high a price" , lol . So we switched gears to an AKV contract .

My contract was sent to Disney on September 5th... Which puts me on Day 33. Agent says Disney must have "misplaced/lost" still awaiting an answer on what's going on from Disney. Agent says since it's Disney's fault they will have to let contract go through as it is their mistake and we are past 30 days. Anyone heard of this before?

Your broker need to contact Disney for status of your papers. Yes, your closing agent can close the deal and send to Disney for transfer, but usually they will wait for actual waiver from the Disney
