ROFR Process

I am a LITTLE fustrated! My contract for BWV was sent for ROFR on 8/24. Disney sent contract back on 8/31 for rewording on how dues were paid. It was resubmitted on 9/4. I was told it would be 30 days from the original contract date. My rep at the TTS spoke with Disney last week and said my contract was still in the pile to be reviewed! I spoke with my rep today and it STILL hasn't come back! I know Murphy's Law applys to me more than most but, this is ridiculous! Mine is the only contract from this time period that hasn't come back. I am going to be in Orlando the first week of March and had hoped to get a ressie for that week. At this late date it's going to be difficult since the weekend before is ESPN event and The National Cheerleading competition is the weekend after! I am a LITTLE fustrated to say the least! Thanks for letting me get this off my chest!

Was there something unusual about how the dues would be paid?

No. There were 5 borrowed points that the seller will pay dues on. Disney just wanted that portion worded differently. The spirit of the contract remained the same. It originally said that I would pay dues on points for this year. Seller would pay dues on 5 borrowed points next year and I would pay dues on remaining points. They wanted it changed to seller would pay dues on the 5 points this year.
