ROFR....has it happened to you?

I'm still anxiously awaiting to see if Disney used their ROFR to snag away my resale Has this happened to anyone? It's for 100points at VWL/70- point. Do you think that'll slide by?
Has ROFR happened to anyone and do you remember the circumstances? Just curious what their buyout line is...

Pixie Dust! Disney did ROFR ours but it for less money than you're offering. I'm going to say it will pass, but I really don't know!

Lost a BWV resale of 220 points back a couple of years ago.

We just made it through ROFS. Found out late last week.

Specs
150 points for VWL.
$69 a point.
72 points banked.
August use year.

We pay closing costs and dues for 2004.

Disney exercised ROFR on a contract for OKW -88 points. The price was $62 a point. Disney passed on a contract for 50 points for OKW at $65 a point.

We lost a Hilton Head contract last summer for $66/point. The crummy thing was that Disney took it and it was two weeks later that we found out, because our listing agent didnt follow up.
