When we were at MGM in Oct, my DH and DS must have rode this ride 10 to 15 times and now my little guy is a die hard Aerosmith fan...

Grandma and Grandpa bought him an MP3 player for Christmas and want to download a few songs on it so he gets the idea of what it is..I suggested Aerosmith..

Can someone tell me what the songs he would be familiar with from this ride...I would imagine Love in an Elevator, but any others that are heard over and over?

Love in an Elevator... Dream On... Falling in Love (Is Hard on the Knees)...

Those three songs spring to mind.

walk this way... the real version not the Run DMC one... its a great version but they will get the point better with the original.

Also Toys in the Attic... love that song haha

Dude looks like a lady

The Aerosmith soundtrack heard within the Rock 'n' Roll Coaster depends on which of the 5 'trains' you end up riding, because each has its own individual soundtrack as follows:

Train 1 - Back in the Saddle/Dude Looks Like a Lady
Train 2 - Nine Lives
Train 3 - Sweet Emotion
Train 4 - Young Lust/Fine/Love in an Elevator
Train 5 - Love in an Elevator/Walk this Way

PLUS a reserve audio track that can be used on any car in the event of a failure.
6 - "What Kind of Love are You On?"

LOL- my sons always ask which one was in my car, and I always say "the one that goes Baamp, baamp, baamp, baamp, baamp....."

k

How old is he? Same thing happened with my 8yr old. I have always been a big Aerosmith fan and now, because of the ride, my son loves the music. The problem is there aren't many good songs from Aerosmith that are appropriate for a younger age. There are some balads and such, but anything good often has suggestive lyrics. Sometimes they're subtle but if your kid(s) are anything like mine, they'll have those lyrics memorized within a week.

I think I found the exact version of a song that's used on the ride.
On the album titled "A little South of Sanity", download the famous Aerosmith song "Sweet Emotion". I downloaded from Dell jukebox but I'm sure all mp3 services have it. The song is a live version and at the end there's cheering and Steven Tyler screams "thank you good night". I thinks it the EXACT song you hear as the rides ends and you stop through the tunnel. Download it and check it out. Let me know if you think I'm right.

I've got that CD in my car. I'll listen to it on my way home tonight. Thanks.

Yeah I was gonna ask which album(s) these versions are being pulled from. I'd like to hear the EXACT same version that's on the roller coaster ride. It'd be nice if someone could state which album they are chosen from. I'd assume they are multiple albums or are they exclusive songs for the ride only?
