Well - I have seen it all now!
When I got home from shopping yesterday mum and I noticed a little Robin inside my conservatory. He must have flown in through the Fanlight Windows that were open. Well - he was as happy as larry, just sitting on the back of one of the chairs
I went in to open the door to let him out, thinking he would start flapping round me - as I am a bit wary of birds - but he didnt, he just hopped behind me, waited whilst I unlocked the door, hopped over to the threshold, popped his head out, as if to see if the weather was fine enough - and then he hopped out! He didnt even fly away - just hopped into the garden!!!
Then...... when Chris was clipping some bushes down in the front garden after work - he called me and when I went out to the garden he was pointing down to his feet - there, bold as brass, was our little Robin playing - and I mean really playing, with the laces on Chris' trainers!!!!!! And when Chris moved his foot slightly, the Robin, just tugged again at the lace. He perched himself on the branches of the bush and watched while he cut the others back.
It really was just fascinating to see - if I hadnt seen it with my own eyes I would have never believed it.

Country life you see LOL
