There are in the concierge rooms, but not in the standard staterooms.

You can ask your stateroom host if you wish to use one. I have always asked and have always gotten one to use. They also ask if I want slippers.

I have always requested a robe...never got slippers though (although I travel with my own pair).

They used to have robes in the regular staterooms for CC members, but we had to ask for them last weekend on Dream.
