well you know with the economy the way it is, I need a way to pay from my Disney trips and have found that peacock pimping is a suprisingly lucrative business! and as for the five star digs, only the very best for my peacocks! (I just reread what I wrote...I'm not as crazy as those few lines may indicate!promise!)

wow Bob all those little birds are gorgeous!!!really love all the little bits and pieces, think the ribbon is a brilliant idea!those trees will be stunning!also very much enjoying staceys ideas of ivy, glitter and mist! would be sooooo cool if they let you do the mist and glittery floor!

Love all the ideas Bob - so pretty!! Does Au Naturale still exist (there was one at the retail park in Byker) - they would sell things like that, and they are cheap! I am sure they went into administration last year though.....

My shoes came! I don't have pictures as my camera cable is packed for going to Robert's parents this weekend... They are soooooo nice!! I love them! I had a trial run with my Mum walking me down 'the aisle' (Made of kitchen chairs) whilst I was holding a pot plant just to check I could walk in them... Good news- I didn't break my neck! I looooove them!

I just stumbled across your post... and had to reply to your thread!

I'm getting married at Alnwick Gardens in May next year and was so excited to hear from someone as excited as me about it! We're getting married in the pavillion overlooking the grand cascade and then having our wedding breakfast in the treehouse (quirky but fun) and then having our evening disco in the Pavillion at night, hopefully with the grand cascade all lit up.

Unfortunately am at work - and cant see the photos you posted, but can well imagine. I'm thinking of having a lime green / black and white wedding theme which I'm hoping will go fab with the gardens as a backdrop.

I'm from Cheshire, so not local but I'd love to be wedding buddies and chat about our plans if your interested?

I'm also just about to make my first trip to florida / disney in 2 weeks time.
