Does anyone know what is in the tuna sandwich at Roaring Fork? It’s my favorite and I’d love to recreate, but I can’t put my finger on what’s in it that makes it that good.

Not 100% certain but I think they add tarragon. I’ve asked and got a couple of recipes so you never know. Try asking next time and the chef may share.

Never tried the tuna, but it looks amazing! I was there last week and opted for the brisket and burnt ends platter. Very delicious!
