The ROL pass that you obtain with the package is only valid for the same day in which you eat at the restaurant or you can use the pass for another day??

You can only use the passes the same day you ate in the restaurant.

Was able to book ROL dining package at Tiffins at 180 days + 3.

You have to book the ROL dining pkg. It can not be added on. I found that out last year when we did the Tusker House ROL PKG. And if I remember right, there were 2 shows per those nights. I dont believe they do the ROL pkg every night though....unless that changed recently.
