Rise of the Resistance front row?

Judging from others post they've been able to do it. Rise is really fast paced. But it's a good seat no matter where you are in the vehicle. Unless you are like me short and the tall person always sits in front of you. I'm just so thrilled to be on the ride you could sit me beside the droid on the vehicle and I'd be pretty pleased

You absolutely can ask. When I rode it the first time, I was with a friend who had ridden before. I had not looked at any "spoilers" so had no idea what happened on the ride. My friend told the CM in the hallway that I was a first timer and he made some smart aleck comment without breaking character and placed us where we'd be in the front row.

So was the CM the first one you meet after making the line in the hallway? I don’t remember the exact sequence but I recall there was one that assigned and then a couple pacing back and forth observing. This was back in pandemic tho.

It was the one separating us into groups before the "chamber" - if that makes sense.
