I think you are supposed to start refreshing 1 minute before 7am. That's what I've seen on the forum so far. And every home test I've done I've consistently gotten the blue join queue button
You have to keep refreshing! Keep clicking that button till you see it or it says sold out.I did try right at 6:59 and again right at 7:00.
I guess we got extremely lucky when we got one in September! Only one of my sons was on the September trip, so I really wanted my other one to be able to ride. I guess we'll try again at 11:59am for the noon opening. Hopefully if we get a boarding group, we'll be called before we have to leave for the airport.
With four days you will probably have multiple opportunities to ride if you want. The noon drop is a little easier but set an alarm so you don’t forget. I did recently get Webslingers while riding Star ToursThis is currently stressing me out SO much. Getting on this ride one of our 4 days Nov 11-14

you’ll have a chance at noon, we were there on Sunday and got a noon group that then let us in by 4, out by 4:45.My son & I both tried for the noon boarding group. Our phones had different times by about 2 minutes - maybe that's why I was "late" this morning. Anyway, he got us a boarding group! We were both hitting refresh constantly, starting at 11:59. Then he got it and my phone said "connection error." So try to have more than one phone working on it if you can.This is currently stressing me out SO much. The app is very much broken. I’m on an iPhone12 and my husband in on an Android. We stay up to date with updates.I wonder how much it is that the app is broken and how much it is that the phones themselves can't handle the app.
