Okay I think I'm going to have to start exchanging some money and paying for things. This is freaking me out.
oh well......as long as the reserve drops rates again this month...find out tomorrow..fingers crossed![]()
That'd be nice, would save me more than the higher exchange LOL
Word around town is .25 but you never know, it could be more! If they drop it though the $ will fall too won't it? Might have to exchange the remainder now. Either way put myself out of my misery with all this wondering and speculation![]()

Just dropped by .25
Fingers crossed now the banks will pass it on... Or pass something on at least...![]()

better than a poke in the eye with a blunt stick![]()
yeah... there's a lot of one eyed mortgage holders..
I think the big 4 will do 0.15 - 0.20, no way will they pass on the full cut....
in the last year the reserve has cut interest rates by 1%, the bank has passed on 0.8%......so on that average I think it will be 0.2 this time around.
and with the oz dollar going back up..win win for all of us (unless your a self funded retire'..then your screwed again).
Have to laugh, Wayne Swan says "There is no reason your bank shouldn't pass on the full 1/4%"
LOL
You know what the banks say to you mate?
"What ya gonna do about it?"
you forgot the "na na na na na" with thumb on nose..
seriously, these politicians are so far out of the loop its really not very funny any more..there's only so much mocking you can do before you get twitchy![]()
