I hope you get your snow day tomorrow and I hope it stays away from us as forecasted. I am so over winter this year! 5 snow days and just as many late starts/early outs. I don't mind missing 2 hours here and there (especially since I get paid for a full day
) but every snow day makes the school year longer!
We got the snow day. They have already announced it.
Three is so rare around here. We don't make them up until after five days. I have only known one time that we got all five, but we didn't go over.

We've got a Mickey ice tray, too. The vases are neat, but I didn't pay attention to the prices.
I love Mickey kitchen stuff! My mom won't buy any of it but I do We have an ice cube tray, a couple dishes, and a pancake shaper thing. If I can't have Mickey waffles at home I'll just have Mickey pancakes

We did have fun and are definately celebrating the job!! I will be doing the happy dance big time when she starts working full time (the first 3 months are part-time) I really hope it works out for her!

For a possible snow day!!! Your snow won't be getting here until Saturday, but since I am retired from teaching for the moment, that's ok with me!
I will be happy to get to retire for good someday, but that will be about a hundred years from now, so I don't allow myself to think about it.
Well, I would like it a day earlier, please! They keep moving that rain/snow line and giving their disclaimer about they won't know until...blah, blah, blah. I'll believe it when I see it! Monday is a work day for us so I'd like to be out because we won't have to make it up. Plus, I just want some snow for the kids to play in for once!!

We're always on some kind of line, too, and most of the time, we get nothing.
I've seen predictions of 1-3 inches and 2-4 inches on the news.
Well looks like you will be dis'ing at 6:30 in the morning if you want , I on the other hand will be getting up earlier to see when the snow will be arriving and hope that once I get to work when we are finished we can all get home ok!!!
And the trip to Lexington definitely won't be happening ....and I am very sad 
. Really was going to be my last little getaway (HooooRah) before the baby would be born. We definitely won't be going out of town anytime before then.
Stace - I really don't think they know what we will get. They are saying 2-4 inches snow accumulation, but they are also calling for a sleet mix. I think once it gets here who knows if we'll get snow, sleet or the freezing rain we are all so accustomed to here
Kentucky's forecast is not looking favorable for travel. You and our little Dis baby boy better not be out on those roads! You could always take a last getaway
south! You could go somewhere in GA or AL for the weekend, if there's anything you'd like to do down there.
Check in and let us know when you are safely home tomorrow night. They say it's going to be a mess in the afternoon.
