We'll be taking our kids to Disney for their 1st time in 2008. Ages will be 5 and 1yr. I know there's plenty my oldest can go on, but am wondering what I'll be able to take my 1yr old on. I haven't been able to find any info on Disney's site as far as age limits go. Just hoping anyone can tell me what rides they went on with children 1yr or younger. Thanks.

I see a few people have already listed a lot of rides for you, which is good because I have a bad memory when it comes to ride names:rotfl: I just wanted to add that our DD was 18 months the first time we took her to DW (and then we took her again at 2 1/2 years old) and there were so many rides that she was able to go on with us, it was incredible. Plus your child might have some favorites you may have to ride a few times as well. Every park we went to (including Epcot) had more than enough rides to keep our baby entertained at the time!

Can a 4 month old and a 2 year old ride Haunted Mansion? My 2 year old isn't afraid of anything. :rotfl:

if they arent afraid of the dark go ahead and take them on

You can take the baby on anything without a height restriction. When our son was 11 mos and then when he was 20 mos, we brought the Baby Bjorn (even though I had stopped using it at home by the second trip). Its was priceless. We strapped him on facing out and he went through the lines and onto the rides in it easy as pie. He could see all the shows and was comfy for all the waits. I highly recommend that you bring one. Not a backpack that you would have to take off to get on a ride, but a front carrier.

I was wondering about this. Two questions:

1. Were they allowed to stay in it for some rides?

2. Was the heat an issue? I'm worried that at 100+ heat index she might just
cook in there.

I was thinking it would be rough to hold her the entire time in lines--squirmy girl that she can be. I just got the bjorn with the lower back support and am excited to use it. Hoping the plane will let me!!

Thanks for any input!

My son (8 months) was in the Bjorn for most of our trip to Disney last year. We would just walk on rides with him strapped right in. We never had a problem!
