Rides during the 11 p.m. parade at MK

I'm a little confused. If the park closes at 11 p.m., yet there is a second MSEP at 11 p.m., how does that work? Are you allowed to ride rides during while the parade is occuring, or can you only ride a ride that you're in line for up until 11:00 (which is what I'm assuming is allowed)? Thanks!

1- Are you allowed to ride rides during while the parade is occuring,

1- Nope. (But, see below.)

2- The way that it works is that if you got in line BEFORE (even JUST before) 11:00, then you will be allowed to stay in line
and ride that attraction when your turn comes (assuming no ride breakdown at that time.)

BTW, IllumiNations at Epcot starts at "Epcot closing time" virtually every night, and
rides there are handled the same way.
