This is why I'm hesitant to purchase this. I'd rather drop another $20 into my DD's piggy bank for spending money rather than putting that time, money and effort into making an itinerary that may not work!
You said it's worked before, but this time it didn't - did you request your money back? Having a wait be twice as long as they said sounds like grounds for that. I can see that it's not ALL their fault, though .. I guess I'm asking because I'm wondering how good they are at refunding money if you DON'T feel like it was worth it.
I'm on the fence right now about getting it. I usually do all the research myself and plan a tentative schedule (my DH would rather not - he doens't like having a strict "plan") but we both know that it's not the WDW it was when we last went, way before free dining and a preschooler coming with us![]()
No I won't be asking for my money back, I don't feel the need to. Sure the plans may not have been spot on, but I did get other info out of it and it has helped me to understand the theory behind the order to do rides in. For our next trip (Christmas 2010) I doubt I would order ridemax again, but this is mainly because I feel I understand how to tour Disney parks well enough without needing a touring plan.
