The crew: my wife and I in our 30-somethings, 3.5yo son (41" tall), 2.5mo babe, and my parents. Visits were 3/6 and 3/8. We rode more, these are just some notes.

MK
Adventures of Winnie: DS is very into WtP, so rode 5 times, all Fastpass, no wait. Front seat is worth it for smoke-ring in the face. Baby was unfazed. Grade: A
Barnstormer: 1st visit, 10:30am, no lines. 2nd visit, 10:30 am, closed for repairs. 3rd visit, 5:00pm, no lines. Great beginner coaster, DS loved it. Grade: A
Peter Pan: After seeing the ubiquitous 30-40 minutes standby lines, we figured it must be worth it so (of course) just used Fastpass. Although dark, not very scary as nothing really moved much. We were unimpressed. Grade: D
Indy Speedway: First thing in the morning, still a 5-minute wait. I was behind the wheel, but DS sat next to me and steered the whole way as I floored it. Later I saw kids under the height restriction in the driver's seat, if allowed that would be easier. I used to love this ride as a kid. Grade: B+
Teacups: We rode this every time we walked by, the wait was never long. Grade: B
Big Thunder Mt Railroad: We were concerned that this would be too rough for DS, but he loved it. We used baby-swap and Fastpass. After those 2 rides, the standby was minimal so we just walked back on. Between 6:15 and 7:30 we rode it 6 times. The view from the right side of the car is better. Train #2 (on the right side as you go down) seemed faster. The beginning of the ride, through the dark to the bat cave, was mildly upsetting to DS, but didn't keep him off the ride. Grade: A
