How long do they keep the ride photos for purchase? Do you have to get them immediately after you ride, or can you return later? I was thinking of the Test Track ones in particular. How long do you have before they are deleted from memory? Thanks!

When I worked at Dinosaur (then Countdown to Extiction) the way the photos worked was that they were numbered 1- whatever and it did not erase the photo from the system until it had gone through all the numbers and your number was recycled. At CTX/Dinosaur it was usually about mid-afternoon of the following day when it would be no longer avaliable (as the number would have been re-issued).

Thanks LibertyBelle- I am hoping it is still the same. We will be trying to get to the parks at opening to avoid lines! I was hoping we could return later in the day for the pictures. When you come back, do they pull up the pictures by time of day, or do I need to remember the number?

If you just don't want to carry the photo's while your at the park, I would go ahead and pay for them when you finish the ride. Then either stop back by TT to pick them up or ask them to deliver to gift shop at main exit at EPCOT. If staying on property and you still have a few days before your departure you could even have them delivered to your room or Resort. (I would purchace them then return later when ready to leave but remember FutureWorld does close before WorldShowcase most nights)

Hi,

when we were there a week ago we were told that they were available for the rest of that day up until closing, we just needed to quote the number and they would be able to pull it up for us.

I don't think they can do it by time of day so really you would need to write down the number on your hand or something (at least I would my memory is terrible).

Thanks for the answers! It's really a time saving question, so knowing I can come back later is great! I'll remember my pen to jot down the #!

The photographers always give you a piece of paper that shows the number of your photo. You don't need a pen to write it down. You just need to save the paper.

The photographers that roam the park issue you the number on paper. The "Ride Photos" have the number on the television screen which you need to remember and/or write down. (Some attractions have a CM postitioned at the display that will write the number on a card if you ask them to but that only happens when it is busy.)
