I was actually online early....but nobody else was here!

This weekend we decided to extend our vacation in August....unfortunately not to Disney......and so for my friends in Ontairo and upstate NY......coming to a neighborhood near you in August.......us!

Don't tell our kids....it's a surprise!

What a great weekend around here! Lovely weather pretty much all weekend long, the rain held off until last night!

We went to a couple of graduations and graduation parties over the weekend, including my nephew's. We have a couple more weekends to go with the parties!

If I remember correctly - is this your last day, Marsha?!?!?

Sad news about Katharine Hepburn. She has been on of my favorite people for quite some time. She was absolutely gorgeous, smart and fiercely independent. She's left behind an awesome body of work. I think I'll be watching my favorite movie, The African Queen, sometime soon again....

Well - I'm the girls are leaving me today! Sharon is taking them to the beach in Massachussets. There is a remote chance that I might be able to join them over the coming weekend, depending on where I am with a work project.

Oh! I called Cedar Point on Friday about lunch. It seems that there is a picnic pavilion that is first come, first served. So I think we need to get a "tablecloth brigade" together to mark and reserve 8 or so tables there. Then we can gather for lunch!

Just thought I'd share with all of you why I had such a hard time with the riddle Friday:

Plugs never occured to me....bald is beautiful!!!!

Nice weekend here...the boys all went on a 3 day canoe/camping trip, and Meg and I went strawberry picking.....and didn't do much of anything else.....

Gotta get the boys all ready for scout camp this week. They leave Sunday....boy it will be quiet....AJ's first time at resident camp...he's so excited.

Oh...and I think I have a bit of a clue on the riddle today...pm on the way.

DblD snuck into mine last night! We were standing in line for a coaster at Cedar Point, just chatting and laughing away!
